The Spark
Three engineers quit their corporate jobs in Patna with a single conviction: great software should be accessible to everyone, not just big tech companies. Bit Byte Fly was registered on a Tuesday afternoon.
First Product Ships
We delivered our first enterprise dashboard to a logistics firm in Patna. It was 11 months of late nights, but the client renewed immediately. We knew we were onto something.
IoT Division Launched
Recognized the massive gap in industrial IoT consulting, we assembled a dedicated hardware-software team. Our first SCADA integration went live in a textile factory — saving 18% in energy costs annually.
Remote-First & Global
While the world adjusted to remote work, we had already built the culture and tooling to work seamlessly across time zones. Our team grew from 8 to 22 fully remote engineers.
AI/ML Practice Opens
Partnered with a UK fintech to build a real-time fraud detection engine. The success led to us formalising our AI/ML practice — combining data science with practical product engineering.
SaaS Products Era
Built and launched our first proprietary SaaS product in the compliance space. Reached 500 active users in 90 days. Applied every lesson to client engagements — making our SaaS delivery methodology a competitive edge.
MENA Expansion
Opened strategic partnerships in UAE and Saudi Arabia. Delivered three smart-city and industrial automation projects in the Gulf region, establishing Bit Byte Fly as a trusted name in the MENA tech ecosystem.
Scaling New Heights
Crossed 40 full-time engineers and 120+ delivered projects. Launched an internal AI training programme to ensure every engineer on the team understands and can work with modern ML systems — regardless of specialisation.
